My Rights   by: Mondo Disgusto Mondo the Minuteman

This is to the pus-brained pimp dick / atheist lawyer, Michael Newdow, in California who just got the "Pledge of Allegiance" declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! FUCK YOU!!! You have just shit all over the rights of millions of taxpayers to speak and worship as they see fit. One man's rights end where another man's rights begin. You have just trampled mine! I left California so that stupid, fucked up assholes like you wouldn't be able to yank my chain, but no, now you are going where you aren't wanted or needed.

You can deny it all you want, but the truth is that this country was founded by GOD fearing men and women who believed in Jesus and depended on GOD and the Holy Bible for guidance. Our three branches of government come directly from the Old Testament specifically Isaiah 33:22. It was Christians who gave Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus and Atheistic assholes like you the right to worship or not to worship as you see fit.

They also gave you the right to freedom of speech, which is also the right to shut the fuck up. If you are against the expression of love for and allegiance to our country, exercise another freedom, get the fuck out!

You have stated that you are afraid for the safety of yourself and your family, this is a valid concern. You are positive that somebody is going to kill you for GOD. You better keep your ass in California because you don't know where I am. I guarantee if I see you here I'm going to be sorely tempted to put you out of my misery, and I wouldn't be doing it for GOD. A.) HE doesn't need me or any man or woman to protect HIM; HE's perfectly capable of doing that HIMSELF. B.) He would be really angry that I set myself up as your judge and executioner. No, I would be doing it on behalf of the taxpayers of this country whose time and money you have squandered in the courts.

Next you are going after (you've already filed the suits) "In GOD We Trust" on our currency, which will cost the taxpayers of this country billions of dollars. You are the reason honest men hate lawyers. What's next cheese dick? Are you going to try to rewrite the "Declaration of Independence"? I.E. "...are endowed by their Creator...".

To the freeze-dried fart in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals named Goodwin. How in the fuck did an ignorant shitpoke like you make it to the bench?? For your future reference the First Amendment says "...freedom of Religion", not freedom FROM Religion! Do the Judicial system (and the country in general) a favor, go to your favorite fern bar and suck down a large hemlock smoothie. Short of that, Leave Me and Mine ALONE.

And to all of our Senators and Congressmen and all others who have and will continue to say the Pledge in defiance of this ruling, you have my deepest respect and gratitude.

Feel free to call Judge Goodwin at 415-556-9800 and let him know your opinion.

Hey Mondo, good one! I think this California prick is an example of the stupid tendency of people to mess with other people's business. It happens from the left and right, unfortunately. If this guy doesn't want his little girl to say the pledge, she doesn't have to, there are very few schools in the country that would punish her for that (I remember a couple of kids in my school that didn't say the pledge because they were citizens of some other countries, there was no problem, just made everyone else curious). But don't blame all the lawyers for this, they don't all have their heads up their asses. These lawyers will continue the battle in the Supreme Court. At least now this will give Ashcroft something worth fighting for, instead of putting skirts on statues that embarrass his virgin eyes and scaring the bejesus out of folks by holding press conferences in Russia about possible terrorist attacks here at home. The good news is that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has no jurisdiction over the rest of the country, and it has more of its decision overturned on appeal by the Supreme Court than any other court in the United States. I would wager that by this time next year, this decision is just a bad memory.

If I'm not mistaken, this ruling affects at least 9 western states including Hawaii. But, I could be (I hope I am) wrong.

You are correct, I looked it up: California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Washington, Montana, Hawaii and Alaska. Quite a mix, some of the most liberal and most conservative states in the USA. No wonder they come up with so many odd decisions.

Now, if this case had been brought in the Fourth Circuit, it would have been DOA. Of course, in Virginia, kids are required by law to say the pledge. I don't like that much, either. You can't legislate patriotism. Once do that, you just make people rebel because Americans don't like anyone telling us what to do, what to say and what to believe.

I predict a 9-0, unanimous Supreme Court opinion throwing out this stupid pledge case within 12 months. It will be an all-star battle between Ted Olson (the feds will step into this mess) and Laurence Tribe for the whiners. Maybe Bob Costas will do the play-by-play on C-SPAN (or better yet, Keith Jackson can come out of retirement to give us a "Whoa Nellie!" when Scalia slams the lower court opinion.)).

Thanks Jimbo. It helps to know I'm not completely brain-dead.
Now, here is another little scrotum-snapper; The First Amendment says "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;..."
This means that the government cannot in any way tamper with a persons spiritual beliefs. There is nothing in the "Declaration of Independence" or the "Constitution and Bill of Rights" that says the government cannot seek the counsel of our"...CREATOR..." or use the Holy Bible for guidance.
The phrase "..separation of church and state..." came from a speech given by Thomas Jefferson in 1802 when he was the Ambassador to France, and what he was pointing out was the interferance of the Roman Catholic church in controlling countries by threatening to excommunicate any king that didn't mind the program.
What Newdow and Goodwin are doing is in VIOLATION of the CONSTITUTION and the BILL of RIGHTS.
Oh, and Mr. Jefferson also said "... GOD forbid this country go more than 5 years without a revolution, to keep the government under control...".

Here's what I think, I will not have our courts telling me and my children what they can't say. If you don't wnat to say something, then don't say it. But don't rule that this piss faced minority is going to rule out my words.

It is high time this country got off thier ass and do and say what the Majority rules, not what the GODDAMN minority says.

Reply from Mondo Disgusto:
Yes Dann, The abridgement of free speech is also a violation of the First Amendment. See below.

Mondo, please see if you can publish the names of the 3 judges in the 9th circuit. We need to send them our comments and also find out if Daschel and the rest of Democratic liberial asshole voted for the Bastards, We need to use this in the campaignes against them.

Reply from Mondo Disgusto:
Dann, of the three judges, one dissented. I don't know at this time which judge was on the ball. But if you can find out, let me know, because I'd like to give the dissenting judge a verbal pat on the back. ADDENDUM; We have the names Dann, See Above!

I understand that the judge who wrote the opinion was appointed by President Nixon. I doubt Daschle was a Senator at the time. This just goes to prove the old point that you cannot predict how a judge is going to vote when he or she is appointed to the federal courts. Some of the most liberal Supreme Court judges in our history have been appointed by Republican presidents. Eisenhower appointed Earl Warren. Nixon appointed Blackmun (author of Roe v. Wade). Go figure.

Aside from the obvious attempt at trampling on our patriotism and our rights, what about Newdow's little girl's rights? His idea is that saying "one Nation under God" is forcing a belief down his daughter's throat. But what about forcing her to beieve there is "no God".How about he let her make up her own fuckin' mind about that.Hypocrasy at it absolute worst.Newdow, yer a sorry excuse for an american, human, and father.I reckon you can kiss my rebel dick.I'm teachin' my kids the pledge, what it means and what a Republic is as opposed to a democracy
and I'm gonna do it ("Under God")Whether yuppie faggots like you like it or not!
