You satisfaction is our primary concern. If you're not satisfied with any product purchased from, we will exchange it, credit your account or refund your money. Simply return the product in like-new condition within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you and we'll refund the full purchase price (except for shipping charges which are not refundable). Any exceptions to this policy are listed below.

Returns and/or exchanges will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. When we receive your request we will email you instructions for the proper return of your item(s). Return all items in the same condition they were received with the original packaging and with the invoice number marked on the outside of the shipping package. Upon our receipt we will examine the product and issue your refund, store credit or exchange.

All returns must be sent pre-paid, we will not accept collect shipments. We strongly suggest using UPS or the US Mail and insure the returned part for the full value to protect yourself against loss.
